FAIR USE - Fair use is a limitation on the exclusive rights of the copyright owner; in other words, it allows reasonable public access to copyrighted works.
The idea is an important part of the English common-law tradition.
Why does FAIR USE exist?
FAIR USE allows people to use images and written works without compensating the original writer/creator, as long as they act in good faith and do not profit from reproducing the work. Education, parody, criticism, news reporting, etc are all examples of fair use.
The idea of FAIR USE has guided the use of reproductions of works for years.
So the question is why do the following websites and below them Newspapers engage in what comes down to copyright trolling? Do they think they can do this and do they not think that 234 years later everyone would forget why this country was founded (at considerable expense of the Native Americans) and that we would just lay down and take it.
Nope we call on a boycott of the following commercial anti fair use websites and newspapers if you have some to add to the list please let us know FairuseisFreespeech @ GMAIL
DO NOT VISIT OR ENGAGE THESE PLACES AS FREEDOM OF SPEECH & FAIR USE IS @STAKE FOR ALL.
